Registration Cancellation & Amendment Policy:
Cancellations received up to and including 15 July 2008 will incur a $100 admin fee.
Ticket transfers may be made up to and including 15 July 2008 with no charge.

We regret that no refunds may be made from 16 July 2008 onward.
Ticket transfers made from 16 July 200 onward will incur a $50 admin fee.

All cancellations/ticket transfer requests must be made in writing. (Proof of sending is not proof of receipt). Refunds of tickets to additional event activities such as optional social functions can only be made if permitted by the organisers.
